It's a beautiful Thanksgiving morning, frost on the ground, sun shinning, and the smell of fresh apple cake lingering in the air from the oven. I sit here this morning counting my blessings one by one. I have a roof over my head, food in the pantry, clean clothes, two beautiful children and a very loving husband. We may not have much of the fancy stuff but we are rich with love and friendship.
